There's shouldn't be any problem for windows 8 software (and almost no problems for windows 7 software) to run on 10.
I'm not that familiar with this particular bundle but unless it relies on some specific niche hardware, then you're most likely ok. Have you had problems with this software before? I found this link: Basically as long as you're not upgrading to windows 10 AFTER installing the waves bundle, you'll be fine. Even then, just uninstall and reinstall and it should work.

Download one piece marineford arc. This is common for a lot of software that does more than average (cd burners, anti-virus etc). Windows tells you this during the upgrade but I guess some people didn't read the directions. If there is a need for a W10 upgrade, according to the waves website, the upgrade should be free.
