Below that it says 'Please write the serial(s) of the document(s) you are enclosing. I don't seem to see a serial on it, what do I put down? It does have an Application number and a QBDY number - what ever they are. Also is the Birth Certificate, origional letter about claims on state benefit and NI card enough for them?
